Ms. Cruikshank is a Principal at The Brookside Group. Prior to joining The Brookside Group, Ms. Cruikshank was a Senior Analyst at RFE Investment Partners where she worked on private equity investments in a broad range of industries, including sporting goods, consumer products, entertainment, and building materials. While at RFE she worked closely with portfolio companies, focusing on growth and profit initiatives. Prior to RFE, Ms. Cruikshank worked as an auditor at KPMG. Ms. Cruikshank is a CPA and a graduate of Bucknell University. She received her MBA from The University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School where she graduated with honors.
