Mr. Hawks is a Managing Director at The Brookside Group, where he works primarily with Brookside Equity Partners and Brookside Public Market Partners. Prior to joining Brookside, he was a Strategy Consultant at Monitor Group, where he worked for the consulting division, Monitor Company, and the private equity division, Monitor-Clipper Partners (MCP). He advised clients on various corporate strategy issues including international expansion, mergers and acquisitions, development of marketing strategies, and outsourcing. At MCP, he focused on improving the performance of portfolio companies and evaluated add-on investment opportunities. Mr. Hawks also co-founded a company in the defined contribution medical benefits space. He is a graduate of Georgetown University and received his MBA from The Wharton School, where he was a Palmer Scholar.
