Raymond F. Weldon

Mr. Weldon is a Managing Director of The Brookside Group. Mr. Weldon commenced his professional relationship with The Brookside Group as a tax and transaction services advisor at PricewaterhouseCoopers. While at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Mr. Weldon counseled The Brookside Group and other clients regarding merger and acquisition, troubled debtor restructuring and domestic and international tax matters. After leaving PricewaterhouseCoopers and prior to joining The Brookside Group, he continued to provide these services to many of the same clients through his own consulting firm. As a result of his long-term relationship with The Brookside Group, Mr. Weldon has been involved in some capacity with respect to most of the private equity, mezzanine, public markets and real estate activities of The Brookside Group for the past two decades. Mr. Weldon graduated maxima cum laude from the Honors Program of LaSalle University and received his Masters in Taxation from Villanova University. He is a CPA (inactive) and director of several private companies.
