Mr. Foy is a Director at The Brookside Group and opened its Boston, MA office in 2009. Prior to joining The Brookside Group, Mr. Foy was a Senior Vice President in the Mezzanine and Private Equity Group at Hartford Investment Management Company (“HIMCO”) and was responsible for sourcing, structuring and managing mezzanine investments to middle market companies in a broad range of industries including consumer products, manufacturing, distribution, building materials, business services and healthcare. Prior to HIMCO, Mr. Foy held senior positions at GE Capital, Citizens Capital (the private equity subsidiary of Citizens Financial Group) and FleetBoston. Mr. Foy started his career working for Bank of Boston in the financial sponsor group and spent four years in London running the leveraged finance group for the bank. Mr. Foy is a graduate of the Carroll School of Management at Boston College where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.
