Philip L. Fitting

Mr. Fitting is a Managing Director of The Brookside Group. He heads Brookside Equity Partners, Brooksides private equity investment group. Prior to joining The Brookside Group, Mr. Fitting was a General Partner at Capital Partners in Greenwich, Connecticut. While at Capital Partners, he was responsible for sourcing, negotiating, financing and closing equity investments in a broad range of industries. Early in his career, Mr. Fitting worked with the Fleet Financial Group. During his tenure at Fleet, he held several positions including the position of Vice President in the Special Finance Group where he was responsible for financing acquisitions and other leveraged transactions. He was also with the U.S. Treasury Department. Mr. Fitting is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island. Mr. Fitting is a director of several private companies.
