Neil Shah Joins Brookside
Brookside Mezzanine Partners ("Brookside Mezzanine"), an affilate of the The Brookside Group, is pleased to announce the addition of Neil Shah to the investment team.  Neil's responsibilities will include working closely with senior team members to structure and underwrite new investments and manage the existing portfolio.  Neil Joins Brookside Mezzanine from Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group where he was a Credit Analyst in the Investment Banking Commodities Finance Group.  Prior to Mitsubishi, Neil worked at Merrill Lynch's Middle Market Finance Group (formerly part of Merrill Lynch Capital) where he participated in the origination, structuring and underwriting of leveraged transactions for middle market clients.
