Brookside Mezzanine Partners invests subordinated debt in middle market companies with annual sales over $15 million and EBITDA over $3 million. Our preferred investment size generally ranges from $3 million to $8 million, although in conjunction with our limited partners and associates, we have the capability to complete larger transactions as well. We will also consider equity co-investment opportunities.

Brookside Mezzanine Partners takes the same long-term, partnership-based approach to mezzanine investments as we do with private equity investments. The Principals of Brookside Mezzanine Partners have extensive experience working with management teams, intermediaries as well as private equity sponsors to structure a transaction that makes sense for each unique situation.
