A typical Leyland TND community will feature many small parks, sidewalks, narrower roadways to slow down traffic, and residence designs aimed at encouraging neighbor interaction.
- Soundview Real Estate Partners LLC Soundview Real Estate Partners invests in retail, office, light industrial and multi-family real estate in select national markets. Utilizing its carefully cultivated network of local property owners as well as best-in-class brokerage and property management specialists, Soundview identifies acquisition and disposition opportunities. Soundview will consider investments in stabilized properties as well as development projects.
In addition to investments made through Soundview and Leyland, Brookside Real Estate Partners makes direct real estate investments. Brookside Real Estate Partners is also a significant holder of raw land.
